Help your child build focus that lasts
Saraswati Sadhana gives your child a calm, 30-minute daily routine before study — with a score every day, so you can both see how it’s going.
What your child does each day — and how you’ll see progress
Most learners aged 11–17 are enrolled by a parent. Here’s what you can expect.
Just 30 minutes a day
One calm, guided session at the same time each day — not another hour of screen time.
Hands-on practice
Most of the session is breathing, writing the mantra in a booklet, chanting and sitting quietly.
Progress you can see
A 6-question score every day, a Memory Profile across six skills at the end, and a certificate.
Rooted in tradition
Guided personally by Maharaj Sahebji, in the Saraswati Sadhana tradition of discipline and devotion.
Builds study habits
The same time, place and routine for 36 days builds Abhyāsa — steady effort that carries into exams.

What the routine looks like
Same place, same time
A quiet corner, the booklet and pens ready. Early morning or after school both work — consistency matters most.
The guided session
Maharaj Sahebji guides the five steps: calm breathing, writing the mantra, chanting, visualisation and application.
The daily test
Six quick questions, one for each memory skill. Your child submits the score in the app.
Straight into study
The calm, focused state is the best time for homework or revision — 30 to 60 minutes if possible.
Six small things that make a big difference
Do the first day together
Sit with your child for the first session so they know the routine.
Fix the time and place
Link the practice to something daily — after bath, before homework.
Look at the score, not the mark
Ask “What did you remember today?” rather than checking for a perfect 6.
Protect the streak
A short practice on a busy day is better than skipping. Consistency builds the habit.
Keep the kit special
A dedicated booklet and place makes the practice feel important.
Celebrate the finish
Print the certificate and look at the Memory Profile together.
Practise together
Enrol siblings together, or practise alongside your child with the Parent + Child bundle.

In their words
The programme gave me a more structured way to approach memory and learning, especially when I needed to stay focused.

The 36 days sadhana helped me improve my focus, concentration and understand concepts easily, which helped me complete my CA and CPA.

It helped me understand difficult concepts and retain things for a longer time by increasing grasping power, focus and concentration.

I found the practice useful for observation, concentration and remembering information more deliberately.

The structured approach helped me become more conscious of how I learn and recall information.

I was very confused about my career. After the sadhana I could choose a proper career, completed my banking and insurance course with excellent marks, and later an MBA in marketing.

Shared by learners about their own experience. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
Answers for parents
What age is the programme for?
The 36-day programme is for learners aged 11–25. The assessment adjusts to four age pathways: 11–13, 14–17, 18–21 and 22–25. Adults aged 26–75 take the 72-day programme.
How much screen time does it involve?
One guided video of about 30 minutes a day, plus a short 6-question test. Much of the session is breathing, writing in the booklet, chanting and sitting quietly.
Can I enrol my child?
Yes. Parents and guardians can enrol on behalf of a child. You can message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you through enrolment.
What does my child receive?
App access to the daily videos and tests, plus a Sadhana kit: mantra booklet, red and blue pens, writing pad, photo of Maa Saraswati, rudraksha and resham thread.
How will I know if it is helping?
Your child records a score every day. At the end you see a Memory Profile across six skills and receive a Certificate of Completion.
Is this a treatment for learning difficulties?
No. Saraswati Sadhana is an educational and spiritual practice. If you are concerned about attention, learning or mood, please speak with a qualified professional.
