• Course enrolments and digital products are generally non-refundable after purchase.
• Change of mind, non-participation or dissatisfaction does not ordinarily create an automatic refund entitlement.
• Physical programme materials are generally not eligible for return or exchange once purchased or dispatched, except where required by applicable law or where an incorrect or damaged item has been supplied.
• Technical access problems should be reported promptly so that reasonable support can be provided.
• Any exception will be considered according to the applicable programme terms and circumstances.
