A discipline for the intellect, speech and memory
Saraswati Sadhana is a systematic spiritual and mental discipline for refining the intellect (Buddhi), concentration (Ekāgratā), speech (Vak), memory (Smriti) and creative intuition. Across Vedic, Buddhist and Jain traditions, it aligns inner awareness with sound (Shabda Brahman) and wisdom.
This programme organises that traditional practice into a structured 36-day journey — preparation, mantra writing, chanting, contemplation and direct application to study — with a short test every day so progress is visible.
Five steps, about 30 minutes
From mental preparation, to focused encoding, to multisensory engagement, to contemplation — and finally, applying it.
Chitta Sthirta Dhyan
Deep, rhythmic breathing and meditation to settle the mind and steady attention.
Mantra Alekhan
Slowly write the Saraswati mantra, keeping full attention on its form, sound and movement.
Mantra Japa
Hear, see, say and write the mantra together — one focused, multisensory experience.
Saraswati Krupa Prasad Dhyan
Contemplate Maa Saraswati and rest in a calm, receptive state of mind.
Swadhyaya
Use the focused state for study or creative work, then take a short recall test.

A short look at the practice: the calm, the mantra writing in the booklet, and the meditation on ॐ ऐँ नमः. This is what every daily session feels like.
- ✓Guided start to finish — just follow along
- ✓Uses the booklet and kit you receive
- ✓About 5 minutes to watch
Learn. Practise. Test. Repeat.
A simple routine you follow every day for 36 days.
What your child does each day — and how you’ll see progress
Most learners aged 11–17 are enrolled by a parent. Here’s what you can expect.
Just 30 minutes a day
One calm, guided session at the same time each day — not another hour of screen time.
Hands-on practice
Most of the session is breathing, writing the mantra in a booklet, chanting and sitting quietly.
Progress you can see
A 12-question score every day across four memory pillars, tracked from Day 1, and a certificate.
Rooted in tradition
Guided personally by Maharaj Sahebji, in the Saraswati Sadhana tradition of discipline and devotion.
Builds study habits
The same time, place and routine for 36 days builds Abhyāsa — steady effort that carries into exams.

Focus & Attention
Concentration, sustained attention and distraction control.
Encoding
Registering information clearly using attention, meaning and the senses.
Association
Memorable links through imagery, meaning and relationships.
Organisation
Chunking, sequencing and holding information in working memory.
Retrieval
Accurate, efficient recall of what you have learned.
Retention
Delayed recall and holding on to learning over time.
Four memory pillars, every day
Every daily test scores you on all four pillars from Day 1, so you can see which one is growing and which needs more attention.
Focus & Attention
Holding concentration on one thing and keeping distractions out.
Working Memory
Keeping several pieces of information in mind and using them at once.
Short-Term Memory
Recalling what you have just seen or heard, accurately and in order.
Long-Term Memory
Holding on to learning over days and weeks, and bringing it back when needed.

The traditional method, step by step
Preparation → Invocation → Writing → Chanting → Absorption → Application. The daily video guides you through this; here is the full method for reference.
01Preparation & altar setupTime, place and materials
Practise during Brahma Muhurta (about 4:00–6:00 AM) or shortly after sunrise, seated on an asana facing East or North. Keep a clean notebook only for Likhita Japa, and light a ghee lamp and incense. Keep a clean pen ready.
02Inner purification & invocationAchamana, pranayama and sankalpa
Sip clean water three times, then do 5–10 rounds of Nadi Shodhana. Set your sankalpa — sharper intellect, clear speech, better retention or clarity in learning. Recite ॐ गं गणपतये नमः, followed by:
विद्यारम्भं करिष्यामि सिद्धिर्भवतु मे सदा ॥
03Likhita JapaWriting the mantra in your booklet
Writing unites body (Kaya), speech (Vak) and mind (Manas) in one point of focus. Write slowly and steadily, silently repeating each syllable — 11, 21, 54 or 108 times a day.
Om Aim Namah
04Chanted JapaVocal or mental repetition
With a sphatik or white sandalwood mala, chant 1–3 rounds (108–324 times) of the same mantra, resting attention at the throat centre (Vishuddha) or brow centre (Ajna).
05Silence & absorptionDhyana
Rest your hands in your lap and close your eyes for 5–10 minutes. Absorb the stillness after writing and chanting, visualising a steady white light that clears dullness (Jadata).
06SwadhyayaDirect intellectual work
Move straight into study, writing, coding, research or creative work for 30–60 minutes. The sadhana is meant to bear fruit in real, conscious output.
Your Memory Profile
Progress is tracked across four memory pillars, not reduced to a single score.
- ✓12 questions a day — 4 easy, 4 medium and 4 difficult
- ✓Every pillar at every level — one question from each pillar at easy, medium and difficult
- ✓432 questions across 36 days
- ✓All four pillars scored from Day 1, so your progress shows from the very first test
- ✓One assessment for every learner — no separate age-wise versions
- ✓Certificate of Completion when you finish

In their words
The programme gave me a more structured way to approach memory and learning, especially when I needed to stay focused.

The 36 days sadhana helped me improve my focus, concentration and understand concepts easily, which helped me complete my CA and CPA.

It helped me understand difficult concepts and retain things for a longer time by increasing grasping power, focus and concentration.

I found the practice useful for observation, concentration and remembering information more deliberately.

The structured approach helped me become more conscious of how I learn and recall information.

I was very confused about my career. After the sadhana I could choose a proper career, completed my banking and insurance course with excellent marks, and later an MBA in marketing.

Shared by learners about their own experience. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
