About Maharaj Sahebji & our foundation

Why it works

Ancient practice. Modern learning science.

A centuries-old discipline, organised into a structured, measurable daily routine.

Rooted in tradition

A time-honoured discipline

  • ✓Practised across Vedic, Buddhist and Jain traditions to refine intellect, speech, memory and creative intuition.
  • ✓Likhita japa, japa and dhyana — writing, chanting and meditating on the mantra ॐ ऐँ नमः
  • ✓Swadhyaya — turning a clear, quiet mind straight to study.
Built on learning science

Principles researchers study

  • ✓Slow, rhythmic breathing to settle arousal before learning.
  • ✓Handwriting and multisensory practice — hear, see, say and write — for deeper encoding.
  • ✓Daily retrieval practice, one of the most researched ways to strengthen long-term memory.
